Return & Refund Policy

  • We want you to love what you buy from us! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
  • 7-Day Easy Returns You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if: The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or You received the wrong product. Please make sure: The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You have proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation).
  • Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be: Processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to share your UPI/bank details for refund transfer. Refunds will be initiated only after quality check approval.
  • Exchange Policy If you received a defective or wrong product, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost. In cases of unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
  • Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care, undergarments, pet wipes, consumables, etc.) are not eligible for return unless damaged or wrong product received.
