  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are delivered within the following estimated time frames:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2–3 Cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote / Difficult-to-Reach Areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery time may vary based on logistics partner operations, location, and external factors such as weather or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional service fee which will be displayed during checkout.

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as:

  • DTDC

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.


5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real time.


6. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India.
If your address is non-serviceable, our team will contact you for an alternative delivery option or provide a full refund.


7. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Festive season load

  • Weather disruptions

  • Local restrictions or operational issues

We will update you if we anticipate any significant delay.
